Delivery Terms
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available products to you, and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and refunded.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please check with us if you have any questions regarding where we deliver.
3. Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 to 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays/Lithuanian holidays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@yourga.lt.

8. Tracking Options
YOU.boutique provides tracking information for all orders, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery via our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
9. International Customs Charges and Taxes
For international shipping, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Lithuania may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. YOU.boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
10. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case where the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you to determine a correct or alternative address to which we can send the package.
11. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched. If the item has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
